Come on in to the Backyard Farmer.We have a little bit of everything fresh from the North Country. …produce, plants, pumpkins, berries, cheeses, jellies, honey and so much more.Fall is our favorite time of the year as many of our products are at their peak.Bring the kids along on October weekends to celebrate the harvest at our fall festival with carnival rides, games and of course, the haunted house.
Spring is a busy time too as we prepare flower and vegetable plants for replanting in your garden.Most of the North Country’s favorite plant varieties are available at our roadside store.We are proud to have one of the highest quality greenhouses in the area.
A favorite time is strawberry picking season. Come by and join the fun in our u-pick gardens and enjoy this sweet fruit fresh from the vine…you can’t ask for anything fresher!
We’re open seven days a week.Monday through Friday 8 am – 6 pm.Saturdays from 8 am – 4 pm and Sundays 9 am til 2 pm.Tell us you’re on the 1000 Islands Ag Tour and buy one 10 pound bag of bird seed and get the second one free.Thanks for coming by and we hope to see you throughout the year.
